Hi guys,
I bought a used Honda Unicorn 2010 model from a person. It was neat & clean and the guy is also good and genuine. But the bike is giving me mileage of 20-22 kmpl. That's shocking. Even the guy said he didn't care much of the mileage. Entire bike was in good condition. Even riding was smooth. Odo was 22k.
I gave it to servicing at ASC and they charged 3500 for service and also changing chain sprocket etc etc. It still gives me 20 kmpl. Iam very disappointed. The owner said he will bear 50% of costs. But what I cannot figure out is what's causing this?
Here are the details:
-Honda Unicorn 2010. ODO: 22555 km.
-Rpm gets high when the engine is hot.
-Bike shuts down in idle.
-Carb tuning and cleaning was done.
-Except for mileage no other problems. No smoke no nothing.
Some mechanic near my house said it was a valve defect as I could see black deposit on the spark plug.
I don't know if that's the problem.
