    Issue of duplicate RC under hypothecation

    I have lost my Car's RC, its still under hypothecation (Loan), any idea if I have to get an NOC from financer for the issuance of duplicate RC ?

      Thanks for approving, as per the information I have got we don't require NOC from financer in case of lost RC.
      I have got appointment with Wazirpur Delhi RTO on Saturday, will update in case it's otherwise
