Hello All,

I have clocked my Yamaha Fazer 153cc V1 (2014) non-fi version(carb ver) more than 26k+ kms.
For the past few months, I have been struggling with a strange problem of no pickup once the engine reaches 3k RPM. Past 4k its normal. I went to the authorized Yamaha service center and told them about problem. They told me that will check the airfilter and spark plug. They changed the spark plug but airfilter was ok so they didn't changed it.

After service for 2-3 days bike was normal but again bike was struggling to move between 3-4k RPM.

Any pointers will be helpful.
