Bajaj Pulsar 150 engine rebuild
I have a Bajaj Pulsar 150 and it has started eating oil. Also, when accelerated it gives out white smoke. I have shown it to a local mechanic who is suggesting a partial rebuild as the crank is not making noise and sound of the bike is perfect. I also consulted the bajaj ASC and they are suggesting a complete rebuild which may cost me up to 13-14k. What should I do? Please help me.Last edited by NewsReaper; 06-27-2019, 06:32 PM.Tags: None

Re: Bajaj Pulsar 150 engine rebuild
Hello bro if engine need rebuild then don't go to ASS, and local machanic will suggest for rebore so don't go for rebore, just buy new block piston kit, clutch plates, timing chain with tensioner, new valves and say to your local machanic to replace that things, and if necessary put new scissor gear also if machanic suggest, your bike will be ready for another 60 to 70k kms , i did it with my ug4 2009 with odo reading 80,000 km and i put new speedo on 99,999 kms because pulsar speedo don't go beyond that and now my odo is on 58,000 km without any problem just maintaining regularly,Originally posted by VIJENDRA SINGH GUHIL View PostI have a Bajaj Pulsar 150 and it has started eating oil.
