I have a 2 wheeler license at present from my home RTO which is different from the state where I currently work which is in Delhi. I want to obtain a 4 wheeler license in Delhi. I have no time for going through the process of adding a new vehicle class to my existing license from my home RTO.
Can I obtain a fresh license for 2 and 4 wheeler from Delhi and cancel my first license from the home RTO? I have already ruled out RTO transfer and I also know holding two licenses is illegal and hence the question.
