    Tyre Upsizing

    Hey there!!
    Need some help for tyre upsizing. I own Honda Livo 110cc and want to upsize the rear tyre. Because, the stock 80/100-18 is very thin and doesn't have good grip either. So, if I upsize it to 100/90-18 or 110/90-18; what problems would I face? Please Help!!

      Are you sure it's 80/100 - 18. I'm asking coz I had Honda Shine and it was 2.75-18 both front and rear. I upsized rear to Ceat Grill 3.00-18, wonderful tyre.

          Since it is a 110 cc bike . I think the gear ratios will change slightly keeping in mind you have less torque . Its better to keep the existing tyre

            Smaller bikes have a pretty good low-down torque, so upsizing a bit doesn't matters.

              100/90 is best suggested as 110/90 might be too big for the Rim pitch size which is currently having a 80/100 tyre.
              Probably you'll also improve top speed by 3-4kmph out of this, so no harm done.
