My wife rides a TVS Wego which is currently registered on her mom's name. My mother-in-law passed away last year and now we need to change the name on the RC. The main issue is the original RC is lost and my wife realized this a couple of weeks back. So I know the process will be quite complicated but please guide me on how to go about this.
