Yep, this is an issue with the 2019 model and many in the Bangalore group as well face it. One guy changed his tyres immediately and doesn't seem to face it, so it seems like it 'may' have something to do with the tyres. No solution as yet provided by the SC and hence you'll need to wait and watch.

Same issue here, I bought the bike last week. Do keep me updated on what the service center guy says.

I bought D400 in Dec 2019, took an extensive test ride before that. 3 of my friends have also got the same in Black color, I have never found this issue (pulling towards right) in any of them.

I suspect that the dealer DAMAGED the motorcycle while loading/unloading, maybe they dropped the front tyre on the ground from too high. All the owners who have this issue should send a stern & strongly worded email to Bajaj's higher officials, don't bother with the local guys. But you should be ready to prove this issue to the engineer, first verify it yourself by riding on a perfectly flat road while hugging the tank tightly with your legs and sitting still in the exact middle of the seat. Also give it to others (friends/mechanics) to cross-verify.

Hi,
I just got my bike Dominar 400 Delivered yesterday and I am having the same issue(right side Pulling). I tried different roads from yesterday and today. But its still same. I also visited service center today, they did some alignment front fork. But not much difference. And very interestingly, this issue I think exist in Green color bikes ( I know color doesn't matter here) but I have notice a weird issue in all green bikes and compared with Black version. On green color Bike back seat and front seat has more gap on right side compared to left side form the body. Left side it look complete sealed once seats are locked, whereas on right side you will be able to see the inner portion of the seat. Service guys and show room guys also checked and no answer for that. While comparing multiple bike we found that only Green color has that issue not the black Color. They changed my seats as well from the Black version but no difference. we also noticed that the seat hook on frame is little higher than left one, so suspected that it could be manufacturing unit issue, not sure. and this could lead to unequal load on both sides which could be the potential issue to right side pull. I have complained the service team and Show room guys today. They said they will check with Bajaj.

So can all of you guys have dominar pls check and comment. Green vs Black .

Please read my post just above yours.

After seeing your pics, I went and checked my green Dominar 2019, there's no such gaps in the seats. And I will repeat, it doesn't pull towards any side. I would again suggest you to ride on a flat highway, normally most roads are banked laterally. Also hug the tank tightly with your thighs, slide forwards on the seat as much as possible, then leave your hands and keep them on the tank evenly. Now check whether it's pulling towards one side or not.

Anyways, if you can verify using a bubble level that the seat hooks are uneven, then just get them straightened as per your requirement. Once we own, we can modify it however we wish.

I would request OP and you not to generalize a whole brand/batch based on a handful of defective cases. Most of the Dominar owners are fully satisfied with the motorcycle and don't have such complaints about balance.

Anyway, their argument is that they can't check the issue by lifting their hands off the handle bar as the company won't acknowledge it. But this doesn't rule out the fact that there is a problem with the bike.

Later when I contacted them multiple times, their manager (who turned out to be very supportive) finally agreed that he will forward the issue to the senior Bajaj management (Waiting for the response).
To add, I got the tyre pressure checked during my last visit. Also, the service center checked the wheel alignment "simply by looking at the bike" (Don't know if it's the right way). So, I can't say with assurance that the alignment is fine.

I talked to a couple of other 2019 Dominar 400 owners who have mixed reviews regarding it. One person said they are experiencing the same problem but another person said there is no issue.
While researching, I also found that the handling issue could be because of some manufacturing defect in the new USD forks. Still, I am not able to arrive at the conclusion.

So, can anyone tell me what could be the reason behind the bike pulling towards the right. If any other Dominar 400 2019 owner has the same issue, please comment below.

My P150 Neon had the exact issue of pulling towards right. I wasted 4 months on this issue including countless visits to service center. FInally got hooked up the the regional manager in Delhi and he ordered to change the lower triple clamp. that didnt fix it. I told them my suspicion that the brake hose from front master cylinder is hitting and flexing on the console plastic cover hence forcing handlebar towards left and thus bike is pulling right(countersteering).

My banjo bolt is not straight, the metal extension which is around 2-3 cms long leading to the hose. They rotated the hose by loosening the bolt and then tightened it with a zip tie on my order. There was A DRASTIC IMPROVEMENT in the pulling. Rest I solved the pulling issue by aligning the chain myself. They are just knuckleheads. Also, even my seat has uneven gap between rear cowl on either side. I think you can have a look at this if you have similar conditions.

bought my dominar in September 2020.

even i notice this gap for the pilion seat on right side .

also i noticed few things.

The plastic side panel which is below the rider seat and above the frame on both sides. Right panel doesnt fit properly and there is noticeble gap when you observe it closely.
The gap between USD forks and the tank body. When we turn the handle to the edges . gap between left fork and body is very les compared to the gap on right.

i have complained about these two in first and service times , but they just ignore and say nothing to worry.
