Gixxer top speed only 70kmph

Hello guys, I have a Gixxer 155 (2015). Odo reading is 16k. I am not able to go past 60-70 kmph and max rpm reading is 4-5k in gears but it goes up to the max in neutral. Please help me in resolving this problem.
Also, my front fairing is broken so I would like to know the cost of the original nose and can I use the front of the 2019 Gixxer on my motorcycle?
