    Help- Bajaj Avenger 220 DTSi Carburetor

    Hi,
    Does anyone know if the original carburetor of the bajaj avenger 220 DTSi can be replaced with the newer carbs without the tuning /idling screw?
    I believe these are available for INR 2500/- or around this price range. But want to know if it makes sense to replace as the carb on my bike has been fiddled by so many trying to tune it that I am fed up and want to change it.

      Yes sure, you could replace yours with p220 carburetor.
      Bajaj carburetor parts are very difficult to source, if there is any issues its a common trend to replace the whole carburetor. The factory tuning of new carburetor need not be adjusted.

      It works well and saves a lot of headache and time. It's pretty much plug and play installation. Can be done yourself.
