  • Starting problem in my KTM RC 200 after fuel pump change

Guys, I'm facing problems in my KTM RC 200 after as I changed the fuel pump. Every morning when I try to start my bike, it takes a long self to start.
Can anyone tell me what could be the problem and what can I do?

Is the problem happening on cold start or everytime of the day?
Also have you checked the charging circuit which has 3 parts.
      1. RR unit (regulator/rectifier) in short a charger that changes the bikes generated current to 12volt DC.
      2. Battery in case it is not holding charge or has become weak.
      3. Stator coil. The winding of wires on flywheel which turns to produce current.

If all these 3 are working correctly you might need to check the wiring of the bike

(from my experience bro never ever do extra wiring on bike because it always leads to electrical problems and 90% of mechanics dont know how to do it...)
      Hope you find the solution.
