I purchased a TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Race Edition bike on 22nd July 2019 but in few days the bike started to make some tappet like noise from engine. I took the bike to the authorized dealer for the first services the service centre guys told me you will have to leave the bike as it is a big issue and will have to change parts of your bike and will take minimum 10 Days to resolve the problem.

I got my bike after 12 days and when I drove it the problem were not resolved. I raised a complaint on toll free no. and got contacted by Mr. Sameer from TVS and he assured me the same service centre will resolve the problem. I again took the bike to SC and got the bike next day but again same problem. I contacted Sameer again and took the bike to SC but again the same problem. Now Mr Sameer has again requested me to go to the same service centre and have ask service centre to test the bike for 100 km after resolving the problem. I am looking for the best possible solution at the earliest.

Just to tell you that in 2 months of ownership the bike was with services centre for 15 or more days but still the problems are not resolved and piling my frustration every now and then when I ride the bike.

Yesterday I had given it to service centre but they told me you will get your bike by Monday. We will have to test.

Please suggest a speedy solution or suggest what should I be doing.
