    My CBR is giving mileage in range of 28-30kmpl ? is it good to have that mileage in 150cc segment?.Is there any way to improve it?

      It's very low. Change air filter, clean FI system lubricate chain and inspect for damaged wheel bearings. And test mileage by full tank method. If even after that mileage is low then you've to perform Rimula treatment, use HDEO 15W 40 shell rimula, CBR 250R owners can guide you about that.

        Its very low. Mileage depends on how you ride and how you maintain it.
