Pulsar AS200 jerking and stalling issue.
In need of a severe help and need suggestions from all you guys out there. I own a pulsar AS200, I have been facing the issue of engine jerking and stalling. This situation happens in any throttle position and is a very uncertain to predict. Also the cold starts have became a headache now. The SVC guys even are confused about the problem and are playing trial and error. I have already done checking filters, spark plugs, carb.
Please help if anyone faced the same and has successfully rectified the issue.Last edited by xBhp; 12-30-2019, 11:58 AM.Tags: None

Did you check your fuel tank, might be some water in it? I'm not sure but maybe you can check once..Originally posted by distance_rider View PostIn need of a severe help and need suggestions from all you guys out there. Re: Pulsar AS200 jerking and stalling issue.
The problem of jerking is mostly related to badly tuned AFR or Bad Fuel.Originally posted by distance_rider View PostIn need of a severe help and need suggestions from all you guys out there. Get your carburetor cleaned and AFR screwed re-tuned and clean your spark plugs or replace them, see youtube videos its easy to DIY these. Hope this solves your problem. Please report back.
