KTM Customer Care

Hi,

I bought a Duke 250 8 months ago. I've been facing many sorts of problem starting from ABS failure to instrument cluster not working. I wish to report them to KTM India. I tried calling their toll free all they asked me is to send a mail to Bajaj Customer Care. But, the problem is that they don't respond. Has anyone faced such problems and has found a solution?
