Bike ownership transfer in pune.

I am looking to buy the bike of a coworker in pune. But I will be staying in company guesthouse for a couple months now, and hence will not be able to provide rental agreement as a address proof. Is there any other alternative that I can use to get the bike transferred to my name?

And is it possible to do this online, instead of going to the RTO. Will I have to go through a broker? If so, does anyone have an idea of how much it would cost? Thanks!
