Now the Carburetor and Oil Pump is working fine and bike also runs fine without any problem but what I am facing the new problem is after running the bike for few km I found that there is a oil leakage from Manifold rubber gasket, Cylinder Head, exhaust joint and little oil from Bore/block packing. I never faced this issue before I did this Carburetor, Oil Pump overhaul and started using 2T Oil from Oil pump.
I want to avoid mechanics for now as it is very difficult to find a perfect and trustworthy mechanic for RX these days.
Guys shed some light on this what might be the problem, share your idea and suggestions please. Any suggestions will be very helpful. I want to fix this before I go to RTO for FC renewal.

For oil leak near Manifold, check for any cracks on Manifild rubber gasket (My suggestion is replace it). Same thing apples for cylinder head too and also don't forget to check exhaust gasket. I hope it solves the issue

As you said your bike has been mostly parked for many years. With 4 strokes this wouldn't be a problem but 2s bikes are a different nightmare. The premix petrol will usually trickle down into the block with time through the carb and dry up and also it varnishes. The varnished fuel and 2t oil usually ruin any seals, gaskets and rubber components pertaining to the engine. Remove the head and bore and replace all gaskets and seals after throughly cleaning the surface. Change gear oil and recalibrate the oil pump and carb. Should solve your problems. I also have a 86 RX100 in blue. Mine is the opposite of yours though with over 5lakh Kms on the odo. Replace all rubber components and gaskets and problem should be solved. Make sure to retorque the components to spec properly or they won't seal

Just one more thing I forgot to write in original post. Does excess 2T oil give you this problem? I have additionally added around 10ml/litre 2T oil with Petrol other than Oil pump. Not sure how much oil exactly it is pumping from oil pump right now but I feel it is pumping more oil than default (in this case I will check recalibrate oil pump). I am using Motul Motomix 2T Oil.

Oh that is a new thing I learned and added to my knowledge. I will be careful from now to park it for long time. Yes I will change gear oil too. I got Yamalube Gear Oil.

Either use oil pump or put premix in the tank. If you do both it'll cause excessive smoking, loss of power and initial pickup, cause random oil leakages from in and around the cylinder block, and it will cause your exhaust to get clogged. Basically bike will run like crap, Fe drop, and bike will mark it's territory any chance it gets. Besides you can never get premix right. If you got an oil pump then use it trust me

Is it so! From your reply now a I am clear why it is giving excessive smoke which I was wondering continuously. I will never use both pump and premix from now. I trust your words. Thank you so much Balgi.

Guys, Problem solved. Thank you Balgi and Niranjanreddy891.
Got it cleaned and replaced all the Gaskets/Packing includes Manifold Rubber, Reed Valve Gasket, Cylinder Head Gaskets, Exhaust gasket and crankcase packing. Cleaned and replaced Gear Oil. Calibrated Oil Pump. I could see that most of the Gaskets/Packing has gone bad and hard since it was many years. Now there is no leakages.
And the most important thing is I was lucky to find my old trusted RX mechanic who had shifted his workshop. I always feel my first love is with safest hand when I leave my bike in his workshop.

Hello.. i too have a problem i own a 89 rx100 and oil leaks from the LH cover.. and which oil should i pour into after fixing leak?

If you have oil leak of any knid from the left then it's not 2t oil but the gear oil meant for your gearbox and clutch. Basically you need to replace your sprocket oil seal. Thankfully it's a five minute job and literally any untrained monkey of a mechanic can do it and the oil seal cost is pretty cheap. Get the sprocket oil seal replaced and you're good to go.

And change your gear oil while you're at it. I use shell but I've used mak also and it's good. Avoid Castrol.
