Let me tell you the background first before I tell you the problem I am facing.
My Yamaha RX100 1986 (Japan) Stock which has been parked for many years (covered) and rarely started the engine from last 10 years since I am working abroad. Recently I started working on it. Almost everything was fine always except the Carburetor leaking and overflow issue which I had been facing from many years and no mechanic has able to fix it. So I decided to fix it myself this time as a challenge with the help of Workshop Manual, This forum. YouTube and other references. Meanwhile I decided to do 2T Oil Pump overhaul since I never used 2T Oil Tank from many years instead I had been using 2T Oil Premix with petrol in fuel tank always. But this time I decided to start using Oil Tank.
I did Carburetor, Oil Pump, Oil Tank, Fuel Tank and Fuel Tap/cock overhaul successfully. And did Oil pump setting perfectly according to the company manual. Changed Gaskets and hoses/pipes. And after many attempts I fixed the Carburetor problem too.
Now the Carburetor and Oil Pump is working fine and bike also runs fine without any problem but what I am facing the new problem is after running the bike for few km I found that there is a oil leakage from Manifold rubber gasket, Cylinder Head, exhaust joint and little oil from Bore/block packing. I never faced this issue before I did this Carburetor, Oil Pump overhaul and started using 2T Oil from Oil pump.
I want to avoid mechanics for now as it is very difficult to find a perfect and trustworthy mechanic for RX these days.
Guys shed some light on this what might be the problem, share your idea and suggestions please. Any suggestions will be very helpful. I want to fix this before I go to RTO for FC renewal.
