  • Benelli ownership transfer.

Hello. I am a new member here. I am very confused about the situation I am dealing with. Your suggestions and opinions are needed.

I bought a Benelli TNT300 from a guy. I saw the bike on OLX. We met got the deal done. I acted very desperate and I got the bike. I went to the Benelli service station in Pune. They told me that the bike's ownership will be a tough job to transfer as it is registered under DSK MotoWheels.

I checked on mparivahan app it shows owner name as DSK MotoWheels. Now I am getting paranoid. I tried calling the guy today but he is not picking up the phone. I am a new member here. I live in Pune and that guy also lives in Pune. I am still confused if he scammed me or if there's any way I can transfer the ownership.

      Bro. Check this link https://vahan.nic.in/nrservices/face...chstatus.xhtml.
Try searching the registration number. Parivahan app has old data. I guess they won't maintain it. I too faced the same issue with parivahan. Don't freak out. Let me know if this information can help you or not.

Thank you for the link niranjan.. Unfortunately its still showing the same status.. I had a talk about this with a person who runs a driving school. He said its mandatory to obtain signature or stamp of the current owner of the vehicle. I am planning to contact dsk firm(if active any in pune). Hope they help. I am just worried this doesn't get any worse..

Don't worry. What documents have you collected from the previous owner? Also can you tell me the bike registration number along with engine number(last five digits)?

Hey man, any update on this? I think there are lot of other documents required apart from just the signature, I also bought pre worshipped TNT300 and I got NOC, Aadhar Card, NOC from the owner, PCC and buch of other document. I really hope you'd find some loophole and pull the deal through

              hi,
              dont panic.

if the bike is already registered then its easier to transfer it to another person.
it doesnt matter if DSK motowheels is out of business.

go to RTO and get a good RTO agent, and show him what papers you have got.

if you need more papers , try to contact him.

if he refuses to provide more papers, then you know , go to cops/police.

              good luck.
