Hi team,

Hope you all are doing good. I am new to this community so need your suggestions and guidance.

I own a 200NS 2012 Bumblee Yellow. I have clocked around 65k. Recently, I faced a coolant oil drain issue. On daily commuting the coolant oil seemed to be reducing. And after few days came to know that the head packing was at fault and then the whole head set, bore, piston, and valves were replaced.

Engine is all good and working fine but the main problem now is after 5 odd kms the engine seems to heat up and due to the radiator fan not starting the bike switches off due to heat. And after some 10-15min the bike starts and the cycle happens again.

I have replaced the Rectifier, Relay, water pump, Cooling temperature sensor but all in vain. The radiator fan does not work. But if I direct the relay line or the CDI line, the Radiator is working so I suppose the radiator is in working condition.

My Mechanic is suggesting this must be related to a failed Wiring and he wants to replace the wiring kit. I have lost all hopes as he had told me to replace all the above and yet the issue in not resolved.

I live in Chennai. Looking for guidance on how to proceed further or if you can suggest any local mechanics, that would also do.
