  • Duke 390 juddering when throtle let go in high RPM

I bought a used low run Duke 390 about 2 years ago. From day one there has been one or the other issue with the bike. The latest one is from yesterday.while riding, in first gear if I go to 5k or 6k rpm and let go of throttle, the bike starts to vibrate(not because of loose parts) or Judder. It feels almost like the engine is stalling(like when we are in a higher gear but lower speed for that gear). But I am in 1st gear. This happens only if I reach about 40km or higher and then let go of throttle.
I checked chain tension and it is all right. I don’t know what is causing this!
    Please help!

      Do these things,
      1. Check valves and valve seals.
      2. Check shrimps
      3. Clean Throttle body, Fuel injector and Fuel pump.
      4. Check your ignition coil and ECU.

      It will solve your issue.

By judder I meant the bike rear wheel tends to gets struck and released (like when the engine is about to stall) but as soon I pull the clutch it is back to normal.

The engine was overhauled at 18KM (present Odo 31K) with new cylinder and Head. . In the last service (5k ago) I got throttle body cleaned. Valves and their clearance is fine.
I suspect it is because of the rear suspension. I saw it leaking yesterday. I’ll replace it and see

Great. I am not sure about how good is Rolon sprockets. Can you tell me about its cost, expected life time and performance?

This is the 3rd Sprocket kit on my bike. first two were KTM Sprockets.
I dont know about rolon, but my friend was advised by the Yamaha Service guy to go for rolon for his R15. even the shop where i got it suggested rolon instead of KTM. so i wanted to see for myself

                It costed me Rs.2510.
the KTM service quoted ~3500 including labour for their kit.

About the performance, i dont see any difference, it is the same 15-45-112link kit exactly like KTM. The store told me if maintained properly it will last for 20k-22k.
