  • Problem with my new Apache 180

In December 2019 I bought my TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS but recently it started producing aome kind of sound ( something like tik-tik) & much louder. Than I went to service center firt they told me that it is because of tappet but after its adjustment sound was still persistent but in less amount. Now service center mechanics are saying it is because of engine head. They have placed the order for the same. Now I am afraid that what if this problem returns after the warranty period is over.

Intro approved, moved to Help me Section!

Bro, please post a separate intro in the "Who are you?" section. This text looks more like a call for help, so I'm moving this thread to "Help Me" Section.

I faced this tik tik sound problem on my FZ S V2.0. Service center guys told me to change Engine Head. But I opened the engine head and checked for damage and leak. There are some marks on the valves. I changed the valves and valve seals and it solved my problem.
