Pulsar 220F 2018 model engine noise problem

    Pulsar 220F 2018 model engine noise problem

    Hey mates,

    I own a Dec 31st 2018 model pulsar 220F. However at the time of buying till now i am facing one one issue which is a *major* one. That is that there is a constant sound from the engine of my bike. My bike engine makes noise as if its old and squeaky and highly unrefined.

    But the catch here is that my bike, in the morning when I start, it makes a good refined engine sound, but after a few minutes it gets back to the same noise.

    Why it troubles me? Because its constant and feels like my bike is tired.

      Adjust valve clearance.

        I have tried all things that were st my dispose, got it serviced timely,checked everthing still this problem presists...sometimes i dong feel like driving it all

          I'm astonished, since I have had P220 since Oct 2018. And it has always been fun, just a little maintenance here and there.

          First, change oil every 2.5k, not 5k like service center tells you. Second, try to find the source of this noise, you can take help of an outside mech, or take the bike to service center after driving around so that it has that noise when service people check it.

            From where you are hearing this sound. I mean which part of engine are you getting the sound. Early morning engine will be cool and so it will take time to get engine warmed up. If you can specify from where you are getting this sound, we can help you easily.

              Sound is from the engine....it creats a constant ratling sound as if its old and this was from the beggining....the engine soesnt feel refined...in the moarning while starting it provides a fresh tefined sound...but after a few minutes it gets same
