Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS FI Clutch Lever and Gearbox Problem
Hi guys.
I live in Turkey. I have Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS FI Euro3. 20.000 kilometers. I have a serious problem for me.
When I accelerate at the 2nd, 4th and 6th gears, the clutch lever hardens and stretches. No problem with other gears.
I replaced the clutch plate with the original. I manually checked the input shaft and output shaft. I checked clutch lever free play adjustment. But the problem has not been solved.
Could the problem be with gear bearings? or in gears?
