  • Pulsar NS200 (2015) Radiator fan Not working

    Hi Everyone,

Hope all of you are doing well.

I need some help with my pulsar ns 200 (2015 model).

The Radiator fan doesn't starts even after 20km of ride.

I have checked the fan and it starts when I short the wires and I have replaced the relay also.

    But still it doesn't starts.

I am not sure what is the problem and showroom guys are saying it will take 2 days to fix it and I am not convinced by them.

Please suggest what could be the issue ?

    Regards
    Anmol

I own a Bajaj Pulsar AS200 2015 Model and I am also facing the same issue. While I was riding the bike yesterday in bumper to bumper traffic, the fan stopped all of a sudden and burnt. Smoke came out and both the fuses burnt. Since it was an emergency and I couldnt find any mechanic shops nearby, I disconnected the fan, changed the fuse by myself and came home...

Later, I changed the fan to a new one and tested it without relay and it worked. Replaced new relay and still it doesnt work.

Were you able to resolve the issue? The service centre guys are trying to rip me off...

Check the fan is working or not by removing it and connecting it to a 9V HW battery externally, if there is no fan spin the fan is gone.

No other option but to replace the fan, costs 2K sadly
