Pulsar 200 F Front sounds in bad raods and harsh breaking
Hi, I have a year old Pulsar 220F with 4,800 kms done on it. Recently an unconventional sound (tak tak) is coming from the front part of my bike, mostly from handle area or fork. The bike is in very good condition and also I took very good care of her.Last edited by xBhp; 08-04-2020, 11:14 AM. -

Get race kit, fairing mounting/plastic and front shocks checked and handle nuts . After that check front wheel mounting axel and mud guard checked.Originally posted by nurul005 View PostHi, I have a year old Pulsar 220F with 4,800 kms done on it. Check cone set and bearings of steering assembly.Originally posted by nurul005 View PostHi, I have a year old Pulsar 220F with 4,800 kms done on it. if this happens during hard braking or riding over potholes. Then u either need to adjust the cone set or simply change it. Adjusting ut wont help in long runOriginally posted by nurul005 View PostHi, I have a year old Pulsar 220F with 4,800 kms done on it. I second this, had similar issues at similar odo reading. Tighten the cone set, it'll solve the problem.Originally posted by Yellowdog View Postif this happens during hard braking or riding over potholes.
