    Good SVC or mechanic for CBR 250R in mumbai

    Hi this is my first post. I have been a regular reader since I bought my CBR250R. You guys are just an ocean of knowledge for motorcycles.

    Coming to question, I am looking for an experienced mechanic or SVC engineer for my CBR250R as it has some issues. Currently, I was servicing my bike with Venetian Honda, Kandivali but the guys don't know what they are doing. I reside in Mumbai suburbs. My bike is CBR250R STD.

    I hope Mr. @aargee or any fellow xBhpian in Mumbai can help in this regard.

        My Cbr 250r has some problems

        1. Hard gear shifting
        2. Bike getting shut while driving and if engaging clutch to stop or slow down due to traffic ahead
        3. A kat kat sound from engine probably it speeds up as the acceleration is increased which comes after bike is heated and on an incline while accelerating and its worst when with a pillion rider
        4. Brakes are stucked to tyre due to bike kept parked whole lockdown
        5. Engine feels rough when running

          The last I visited Mumbai with my CBR was atleast 5 years ago & those were the times Abdul was at Vihaan Honda, Thane who did a commendable job. These days I'm not sure if he's still with them. If you're able to get hold of Mr. Abdul, you may be satisfied, otherwise, I'm outdated. Pls check this post (which I'm sure if outdated as well)

            Abdul is still at vihan honda thane and one more mechanic is there who handles the job his name is amol
            I am probably visiting this friday

              Mr. Abdul should be a Sr. Technician by now; just hand over to Mr. Abdul & ensure all work is done under his supervision. This is the next best thing you could do, if not the very best is to stay there & get the vehicle serviced, if its for a minor repair. No matter Harley or Hero or Harley, TVS or Triumph, Bajaj or BMW, if the service is done in India, please expect nothing less than "I know everything & I do it my way" level of service. Expect a wreck & everything else will be satisfying experience!!

                [emoji23][emoji23] i will try to stand there and service my bike but if the service wont be possible in one day i will have to leave the bike there
                Also i will make sure Mr.Abdul supervises the bike and hopefully i get to taste the actual CBR 250R.
