    Need Guidance on Engine Oil Grade / Service Schedule of YAMAHA SS 125

    Hi Folks,

    I have just procured a 2nd hand YAMAHA SS 125. Can anyone advise the suitable engine oil grade for the same ? It would be also nice if someone shares the service manual of the bike as I need to understand the service schedule,

    Start off by using 10w40 grade, Shell or Yamalube, they are the recommended grade.Cheers!

      I will not recommend Yamalube. Go for Castrol or MOTUL engine oils. You can get semi synthetic engine oils in both brands.
