Warm the engine fully after driving normal for about 4-6 kilometers

Put the bike on centre stand and keep the front tyre as straight as possible

Look at the carb and find the screw that dictates how much it could open or the race screw as it is called

open it so the rpm is 2.5

tighten the air screw so it is fully flush with the carb the rpm will decrease

slowly by quarter of a turn start opening it, at one point after the rpm starts increasing it would start to decrease, that sweet spot is the correct tune

usually the factory manual states the opening be 2-2.5 turns from fully closed but the above method is more reliable
