    Clarification about Rx100 and Rx135 carburettor

    I own a 4-speed 135. It has written 4tl00 on the bore as well as the carb. But the carb has written Made in Japan? [emoji23]. Were RX-135s made in Japan? [emoji23]

    I own an '89 RX-100 too so I know how a Japan RX-100 feels, but that's okay. This this carb thingy is putting me into insomania. [emoji849]

    Again, I say the carb has written 4tl00 on it.

    It'll be a great help if anyone could clarify this doubt.

      RX135 that you own is manufactured in India. Yes, it has 4TL00 132cc on the bore.
      The carb should have 4TL01. There were few batches of RX135 where it had Made in Japan etched and some don't however, both were imported Mikuni carbs.

        What's with this 4TL00 written on carb too? Is it a genuine 135 carb? I was shocked to see made in japan written on it tho..
