  • Pulsar AS 200 pickup very slow between 6000-7000 rpm

Hey guys I have a Pulsar AS 200. My bike goes very slowly above 7,000 rpm in 5th gear and 6,000 rpm on 6th if I accelerate for let’s say 10-15 seconds till it somehow reaches 8,000rpm, it immediately picks up and races ahead. But the pickup between 7000-8000 is very slow like as if something is stopping it from moving.
I’ve gone to the service station and he says no problem. But I know the problem exists but am unable to get it fixed. It was fine a few months ago not sure what has caused this, if anyone can lead me in the right direction, it’ll be helpful.
