I have been battling with a Suzuki Access 125 2012-14 model for the past week with low power when throttling. When then accelerator/throttle is opened to full, engine starts to suffocate. I have concluded that problem is that Fuel-Air mixture reaching the engine is low. Spark plug and valves are white and dry in colour. I have tired the CDI unit, replacing it with a same model working one. Tried new spark plug, have cleaned the valves, tried cleaning the carburettor, have replaced and checked with a similar model working carburettor. Still the condition is not cleared only slight change. There is no leak on cylinder head. When the air filter box is removed also the response gets little better but on the third time the throttle is opened the situation is the same. Engine suffocates. The rpm remain constant only when the air valve in the carburettor is opened fully. Have anyone got any suggestions regarding the situation? I will be glad to hear on this situation!
