    Need help in planning my ride to Kerala and TN

    I'm planning a ride from Bangalore to Kerala and TN in the last week of November with my buddies. And I have the following questions:

    1. Do I need an E-Pass and COVID-19 test certificate to enter Kerala and TN?
    2. Also please let me know if road between Mangalore - Wayanad and Wayanad - Valparai are in good condition and how much time does it take to cover the same.

      Actually yes. You definitely need pass to enter Kerala as it's strict in here. I don't know much about the road conditions. Might be average.
