    Recommended Karizma Jet Size post installation of K&N Air Filter.

    Hey Folks,

    Am planning to install a K&N Air filter for my zma, I would like to know the recommended Jet size post the mod of a K&N Air filter. Do we need to upjet both the pilot and the Main Jet?? .. Do any of you folks have tried and tested various jet sizes and have got good results ? ..and also are the jets easily available at an HH Service center ?.. I know there are lot of questions .. but, it may help me and others too who are looking for these mods.

      One of my friend has put K&N on his stock ZMA without up jetting it and to my surprise it's performing very well without losing it's top end, so i would not recommend you to do the up jetting, as it is karizma's main jet is big enough(125 to be precise) to handle K&N.

        go for 135 main jet
        no need to replace pilot jet

          K&N without upjetting will f^^k up your engine real bad.Valves get damaged big time. Engine overheats..

          @varunmichael Dude search the forum before asking. this is the most common question asked by newbies. Do not flood the forum with similar questions. The zma hasnt changed. So the jetting procedure and other stuff too wouldnt change.no issues with old information.

            go for 1 or max two sizes up on your jet . no need of changing the smaller jet

              1100 for ma karizma

              i hav put k&n 1100 for ma zma.am gettin better performance but stil sound is less compared to 220
              many told tat i shld change ma jet to 135 its better otherwise it wil affect ma engine and performance so wat am supposed to do wher this thing wil b available can u get me da details i can get it only frm chennai or kerala maximum banglore giime a reply pls
