Here are few details of the bike:-
It has a charzee bend,fork bend,swingarm bend. It is running on a last size bore converted to 110(shogun pistons). Light ported(around 0.8mm in the exhaust, intake untouched). Carb is in stock, no upjetting and stuff done. Silencer is inbuilt and air filter is in stock. Sprocket combition is 13 and 39. I use petrol mixed with oil(no side tank). And engine oil am using is agip.
The problem is pulling wheelies on this bike is next to impossible(unless a donkey wheelie). It doesnt pop good enough even in 1st gear. I am not a good wheeler, just learning. but even good wheelers are not able to. The strange thing about this problem is my bike has a good power. Initials is much more than a stock one and top speed is around 115(on speedo). I've pulled wheelies(not very good though) in a fully stock rx 100 in 1st gear but not not able 2 do it on my ride.
My mechanic says its because of the charze bend.But i dont see much sense in this and he is not a good mechanic either.
I feel the problem is with the clutch plate. There are lot of gear slips speacially in high revs. There is no chain lag or problem with sprockets. So i feel its a problem with the clutch plate and gear box.
But my mechanic says gear slips are because of the 110 convertion which is not set properly. It is giving too much of vibrations causing gear slips and the clutch plate is absolutely fine. But i dont see sense in this again.
I'v spent a lot but have got no good results. I dont want to let these illiterate mechanics screw my bike without understanding the problem.
So looking out for some help here.
Changing the bore, gear box and stuff is not in my budget.So please help me understand the exact problem with my bike and plzzzzzzzzzzzzz suggest me a solution for the problem(above mentioned details of the bike can be useful).
