U can find it in any paint store. I guess u are bangalore,so it should be easier to find it cos 3M has a factory in Bangalore.

Wash ur bike with AMWAY carwash, it doesnt leave any streaks nor does it allow water to stay on the paint. It just trickles down.
Still this water marks do appear, because even i have a black bike.
I use AMWAY's silicon Glaze polish. Its wonderful.U get a deep color. I've used it on a red FZ also, gives an amazing shine.
Just try it out once. One bottle will last u atleast 5 -6 months for polishing atleast twice a week.

Just wipe them off with the soft yellow cloth that you get for vehicles.
If you are not satisfied, you can use polish as some others mentioned here.
Rubbing compound not needed at all-it will dull the paint&even remove it if you rub too hard.
Next time, clean the bike with a damp cloth&before it dries completely, wipe with the soft yellow cloth to get the lustre.

I guess he is taking about permanent water marks. Well i had them , and it didnt go whatever maybe done.

Finally the painter tried this,he used rubbing compound and polished the surface, only then the marks went.

It s some kinda white water marks formed after the water wash guys sprayed some fluid on the engine. And while the engine became hot,the marks got set.

                  Hope u get my point.

If it s so easy as wiping off with an yellow cloth,y would he come here for a suggestion even?

I understand. But he never mentioned anything around the engine, only on the painted surfaces. I had them on my older bikes too. Those seem to be permanent, but can be removed easily with some foam wash&good cleaning.

Okay, i assumed it that he mentioned about the Engine and Alloys as they are painted matt black and only they catch water marks.

The glossy body paint generally doesnt catch any water marks, even if so it can be easily removed by just a shampoo wash.

@Prashanth : Buddy, follow my advice only if it pertains to the Engine/alloys I beleive that is the case!

I personally use Amway Car wash to remove Stains - Oil Marks and Dust from my Bike while washing......
Then i finish up with Roberts Wax (it costs only 35) it leaves a bright new shine and will make water droplets not penentrated on the waxed surface....... thus making it easier to wipe out......

Wax it once in a week and thats it....shine remains for the whole week.....

I use Cutting Oil(white colored oil which they use after water wash) for alloys and Front Forks....they leave a shining finish on them....

                          Thanks guys for the suggestions...

@insanebiker: There are a few marks on the engine but i was actually talking about the shiny paint job itself... For some reason the water marks are just not going even after a few washes... Thanks a lot for your advice man... Appreciate it...

I already tried the damp cloth and yellow cloth method before itself... It dint work... But ill persist with the same for a few more washes... Hopefully the marks go... N yes ill try a polish too... Thankyou everyone...

Thats strange. Looks like these marks have accumulated over a long period of time, so are stubborn. Even after polishing if the marks remain, try this: Dip the end of a cloth into your petrol tank&very very lightly wipe the end of the petrol smeared cloth on the water marks, one by one. Do not use it like you use a wet cloth while cleaning, else you will lose your paint! This should surely make them go away!

Okay... Thanks Sarvajit... I guess it happened because my bike has to be parked outside without shelter... I don have a cover... So a mixture of rain, dust, and sunlight might have caused this... Thanks for the suggestion... Have to be real careful though...
