  • p150 UG1 Problem

    hi guys I've got a problem with my P150 UG1 , the bike vibrates very violently at lower RPM like 2 - 3k ... and it stalls . but in the higher RPM it runs as if it's absolutely free of any problems , smooth ... I checked the idling , sprockets were changed recently .the bike has about 38k on the odo ... anybody help plz .
    People ask me , why are you cribbing about the BHP ? to them I say "MORE is never ENOUGH" xbhp.com

      If the vehicle is jerking and stalling check the cam-chain tensioner.

        At what gear does it usually stalls ?

          check all the carburettor outer wire connections like the choke wire and all..they could have loosened and dats y must be stalling..

            It usually stalls at the first or second gear , but if you rev it hard at that the point and then shift up to avoid the stall , it runs perfectly ...

              And I guess you give it sufficient throttle? In that case, the balancer shaft thing will need to be balanced. It is found near the clutch pack.
