btw i saw these projectors at a shop in bangalore. they were costing 900 a piece. pretty good actually and could actually fit into the pulsar dome.

Still a little skeptical about it. might go for it. Will post pics if i do.

Did anyone try projector with LED lamps? LEDs produce a focussed beam, and are very bright. Has anyone seen how a projector with LED lamps gives result?

Pulsar 220's HID would cost you around 3.8k's It worth taking a look in imported kits that are sold seprately even that would cost you merely 4k's or another good choice would be chinese HID's. They are not that costly and the illumination is good too, It would cost no more than 2k's. There are lots of options for the HID. Just check out and Whatever is better you think by your perspective. Just hook it on!

3k Just the projector Lamp with Stay, With HID.. another 2K.

I tried many things,yaar, but My bike does not support HID.
as Light is Basically AC.!

H.I.D needs DC!!
Will try it once more! but when i have funds!

I got 3 projectors from Shivajinagar Junk

1 of Benz which unfortunately holds D2S Bulb.
2 of Skoda which holds H3 type.

I paid 1200rs for 3 projectors. If u buy only Skoda's then they are cheap.

I took Benz one as its big and i thought of using it for High Beam.

In JC Road (Royal Traders) i saw a pair of projectors like auxiliary light (extra spot light) for 1800rs including bulb but i didn't like it.

Sure i can help out with that but you will have to wait because i can't tell u when exactly i can make up..!!! But if u know Hindi u can deal easily

Sample of Projector work i am working on my Unicorn comes like this.
Suggestions are welcome

Btw what i have done is...
Top 2 projectors, 1 is low beam and other is inverted. ( Couldn't remove shutter from it

)

Big one in middle, have removed the shutter

So u calculate what beams they are...

I tested the projectors and the throw comes something like this.

Still haven't mounted it on bike, will upload more photos once i am done with the setup.

Whatz this yaar, looks so hot from the first glance. Congrats, for the inspiration and a great DIY job.

Small lenses from Skoda? Whats the bulb size? H7? How much for the lenses? Have you done the levelling and how about the beam spread? Lets have all the details of mounting it to the reflectors and all once u finish it.
