By any chance did your forks ever bend cos of a collision or something?
In-correct tire pressure also results in wobbling. Check the rear swing arm bushes, uneven tire wear.

I can't pinpoint a problem online, but i can tell you the parts that could be responsible for the vibration. So go through this list and verify its all good.

1) Wheel alignment
2) Tyre alignment to the wheel
3) Wheel bearings
4) Untrue forks
5) T-Plate

From what I read, looks like the T-plate+Rim to me. Also check if one or both forks are leaky, when you are truing it. And when you are truing it, go to some fellow who does it accurately and not trust your mechanic to go get it done from wherever. It should be tested on a dial gauge at 0 microns deflection, or at least close. Don't get the forks trued with the outer pipe assembled. Dismantle it and then get it done. You will incur additional costs of assembling/dismantling as well as new fork oil.And by the way, its NOT a chassis problem.

If you are looking for the typical pod filter of K&N, the grey market probably makes more sense but you risk getting a duplicate. It doesn't make much sense putting a K&N pod filter on any road bike but thats a personal opinion. I don't know dealers in Bangalore.

I had same problem in my P150 at speeds 65kmph.
tried all things as you said. but finally replacement of cone-set solved the problem.
Try that.

If after ruling out the stuff mentioned above, the problem still does not get resolved, suspect the tyres.

I bought a new ribbed Dunlop tyre for my Shogun and the tyre was fine for about 3 months or so, but later the handle started wobbling. Suspected the tyre as the last resort, and it sure was the culprit! Got it changed in warranty. What is notable is that there was absolutely no signs of any visible defects... and the problem occured AFTER a good 3 ish months of riding!

Which tyre are you using btw?

i have changed cone set in the past and it didnt help ,,
wil try changing tyres,, have to replace fork oil too as it has done 10k kms..

loosen ur steering cone

hey when u turn ur handle around slowly do u feel the handelbars are ticking like clock needle..if yes then u just have to get ur steering cone loose...the service center guys normally make it tight.

Also check the rear axle bearings.

The suspension bush might also be a culprit, as it was in my case. Try keeping the bike still on the main stand and move the rear tyre sideways with your hand. If it moves, bingo!

its probably coz of d forks or d tires...even my friends cbz has that prob..oh and have u fixed a shorter handlebar??...if u have switch it to d stock one and c if it helps...and also get your wheels checked by trusty mechanic...

Check your front wheel bearings & change fork oil.

my cbz gold also had a similar problem. the mechs told me to get the cone set changed. after that the problem did subside a bit but i wasn't satisfied. a thorough checkup of thefront wheel revealed that the wheel drum had 'worn out'. the mechanic said this is something very rare. so i got the drum replaced and voila! the problem was solved
