I have my own spreadsheet too, earlier had created my own app in VB for same purpose

      I don't have definite sprocket stats, but CBZ-X has a 15T front , 42T rear ,the R15 14/42 , RTR160 has 13/44 . Don't know about Achiever/Unicorn/GS150 .

ZMA chain & sprocket will weigh more = slight decrease in net rear wheel power . Not sure how noticable it will be, but the chain/sprocket shoud theoretically last longer. Stock Karizma set 13/40 will give you ~14.1 km/h 1000 RPM. What seems suitable for your bike is 41 or 42 with a 14T front , or roughly 2.9-3 final reduction ratio.
Man will occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of the time he will pick himself up and continue on.

        Achiever 15/42
        Ambition 14/38
        Zma 13/40
        Uni 15/42
        Shine 14/41

What do you think about honda shine? 14T front and 41T rear? From R15's 14/42 and shine 14/41 and CBZ-X 15/42 which do you think will be better suit my bike?

Are you getting the set or individually ? Like I said I'm not 100% certain, CBZ-X has a 15T front . If the Shine has a 14T front, it's likely the best bet, but it's a 125cc bike, so confirm the sizing ( pitch and width ) are not smaller than 150cc bikes , I expect not. Ultimately without a dyno it's guesswork and trial and error. If the 14/41 ( ratio 2.93 )doesn't perform as well, go up the ratio - eg R15's 14/42 ( 3.00 ) for more acceleration , or down for more speed at lower RPM ( 15/42 = 2.8 ).

If i get the dyno done, Will i be able to know the exact thing and put the sprocket's accordingly without trial and error method and without guessing and being precise? I'll be coming to pune on sunday. I am getting the whole set over here. The best I could get my hands on glamour sporcket 43T rear and 14T front, then again the matching problem of 125cc bike i.e..Its pitch and width. That too that person was asking for 275 bucks jus for the rear sprocket alone and you know the best part, The rolon chain and front sprocket did cost just 100 bucks more. That is in 375 I was getting the whole set. Dont know of which local brand....he he he . Let me see if i can get the dyno done And a thing that would intrest you even more is that Have lost the mileage like H-E-L-L. From 55 kmpl to 35kmpl and hence had to remove the k&n and got the carb jetted again by experienced hands. Will check the mileage tomorrow and will post.Thanx a million!

A dyno is very helpful in determining the output and the RPM corresponding, especially useful for mods/tuning but expensive , each dyno run will cost more than a chain-sprokcet set. There's probably not more than 5 dynos all over India other than the R&D/factory compounds of automotive companies.

What do you mean 'coming to Pune' , I though you are in Pune ??? You have a PM.
