P220 has 37T at rear. About the front am not quite sure about I guess it 14T upfront. Please refer to the URL specified. read the entire thing and you'l be getting the p220 sprocket size. Please take some pain of reading the post before posting a new thread. Thank-You.

        P220 FI - 14 teeth front, 37 teeth rear
        P220 carb - 14 teeth front, 36 teeth rear

Aha that explain how the carb is a little faster than the FI
            p220 fi 37 teeth = 138kmph
            p220 carb 36 teeth = 141kmph

smaller rear faster topspeed reduce acceleration.

just count the teeth on the p200 i am guessing it would be same as p220 fi

Pls use search facility, thank you!!
@ bunnymarwaha: The 200 uses 1T more than 220 (i.e) 38T to compensate the lesser cc and lower torque!

p200 stock has got 14 in front nd 37 in rare... but can 14/36 sproket set b fitted in a p200... taken into consideration the wheel base of p200 is 10 cm shorter than p220... i guess the swing arm length is also different...

Even I thought the swing arms are different in length but it seems not so, as some members here have done a mod regarding the rear disc, and it was absolutely the same length swing arm. The 5 mm difference in length of the wheelbase (P200-1345mm / P220-1350mm) is more likely due to the different rake angle and front forks of the P220 than the P200.

By the way, P200 has 38T at the back.

hi! instead of puttin sprockets of 220 dtsi 14-t front & 36-t rear, go for 15-t front & 36-t rear. ur bike will be tall geared. u can get that set from me for rs.1500 only.
u cannot remove ur fi set-up & fit carb on it, coz there r so many sensors in ur 220 fi bike. ur fi bike can give better performance than carb one.
