    Hi all,

    Just bought an avenger and am off for a bking trip (solo)this weekend. wanted to check with you guys a to what should I carry with me (spark plug, etc)?

    Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance

      Here is my self prepared list: Of course if you are riding to colder places (read Himalayas) you would need other warm stuff.

      1. Spare vehicle key
      2. Medicines-cold, fever, headache, diarrhoea, dehydration&vomiting
      3. First Aid kit including band-aid&cotton
      4. Bungee cords-2 nos.
      5. Bungee net-1 no.
      6. 2-3 litres water minimum, plastic cups&paper plates (optional)
      7. Spare accelarator cable
      8. Spare clutch cable
      9. Spare sparkplug
      10. Spare brake lever (optional)
      11. Spare clutch lever (optional)
      12. Vehicle Registration Certificate Xerox
      13. Vehicle Insurance xerox
      14. Vehicle Pollution Certificate original
      15. Driver's Licence
      16. Puncture repair kit for tubeless if applicable
      17. Cloth for cleaning visor
      18. Full face helmet (for pillion also)
      19. Gloves (optional)
      20. Knee&elbow protectors (optional)
      21. Chain lubricant for open chain bikes if applicable
      22. Funnel for petrol siphon
      23. Vehicle tool kit
      24. Spare visor (optional)
      25. Hand towel
      26. Balaclava or skull cap or bandana (optional)
      27. Route map
      28. Vehicle manual xerox for self repair
      29. Light eatables (optional)
      30. Raincoat/rain cover for baggage (optional)

      Needless to say, Cash, Credit Cards, Cellphone!
      Quench my thirst with gasoline!
