  • [Help]: Royal Enfield chassis modification

hey guys for a long time i have been pondering over the issue of modifying a bullet chassis.i brought one for 500 bucks

few things i want to achive.

change the rake angle of the front shockers.
put in long shocker rods to lengthen the front end.

confused on how to achieve it.
my mech suggested that i should heat and then change the rake angle, and after that strenthen it with aluminiun plates and tubes.

in karol bagh they sadi they will cut that chasis and then modify it.
other guy suggested change of the handle T

    pretty confused.

    help me out guys

hey no one is out there ? come on man some day we hv to chang the royal enfield and make it the we wante it to be. well to change to basic frame u hv to do following things.
      1. cut the frame at the point where handdle is connected.
      2. have large swing arm.
note,, u can't chage the frame heating and bending, i try it and lost the balnce of my bike and strenght too, it is dangerous as i was about to loss my lage in testing the heated and bended fram. But once u cut the fram u can hv desired angle and the the part could be welded perfectly.
