build a bike

hi folks !
could anyone tell me whether it would be possible to build/modify a bike to make it look like the retro beauties,whose pictures i have attached?

it should preferrable have the heart of a modern day 14 bhp motorbike which a no frills commuter/ocassional tourer...

i think this is a very absurd question but could anyone predict how much would it cost to build/modify such a thing, if at all it is possible...

It is possible. It will cost money. Try contacting KRP. They will do a professional job for sure, not a Karol Bagh kind of thing. But they are expensive for the kind of finish they give.

The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!
