I am planning a 10 day trip from Chandigarh to Kaza via Sangla, Kalap, Kaza and back via Manali. I would like to know about the road conditions and any help to finalise an iteranary for 10 days. Can add 2 days also. Anyone interested to accomapany is also welcome. Any help would be more than welcome.

Order a spare body and spare suspension for you are gonna need them when you get back!
Pleasantries aside, just pack and go. There is nothing to plan. Read Aryan's thread. If you fear altitude sickness, carry Diamox tablets. Drink lots of water and carry lots of memory cards.The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!
