A 2004 Pulsar for 20k sounds decent but the fact that it was left untouched doesn't. I would suggest you to ask the owner to at least get the bike started so that you could ride it before making an offer (do have a competent mech chek the bike before you go for it ) . Check all the documents such as RC book and insurance and also check for any H.P of any bank. There will be some work that you'll have to get done after u pick it up Viz. Tyres, Battery, complete service etc etc. If the bike is 150 DTSI then something arnd 50 Kmpl and a 180 Dtsi arnd 40-42 kmpl. If classic then a slightly lower than the earlier 2. BTW where are you located?
