This is a common problem that has been discussed with photographs on some other thread. This is not a big case to worry about from what I remember. You can ride.

Arrey!! That is nothing but the CATALYTIC CONVERTER in Pulsar's, Also refered to as CAT-CON by many people..
(Which is made up of glass wool, and prevents a Hefty noise from the bike and controls the emission of gases and carbon monoxide)

Take it out Completely,Don't Be afraid..
and keep the bike runnning, No Problem at All Mate!

Put some Brahmi Amla Kesh tel or Saini Herbal Hair oil. It should fix the hair problem.

Jokes apart, I'll suggest you to contact the service center without trying DIY stuff.

Hey thanks guys, anyhow never thought that the thread will be approved before post. Thought that it could delay as i posted in the midnight. I have pulled everything out. Tomorrow i have to take it to probiking can they rectify it in a day. I wanted to return to blore tomorrow.
And one more question- does it ends in mileage drop? I noted that yesterday.

Once again thanks for everyone. - Gokul
