  • Motorbike shop in Mumbai

    Hi all,

My name is Julien, from France. I will be arriving in Mumbai soon, willing to buy/rent there a bike and go discovering your country!

For the mo, I've only heard about Premjis in Mumbai. So I thought maybe you would have some other names of shops/areas where I could look for?

    Thanks in advance,
    Julien.

Its better to buy a bike if you are planning a long ride here. You can go for the bullet, r15, p220, karizma, etc. based on your requirement.

First of all, Welcome to India Julien...
It'll b better to buy a bike if you staying here for long and riding through out the country.. Yes, alibhai premji is one option.. And if you want to buy a bike then no better than going to the official dealers..

Am sure there are plenty of mumbai xBhpians ready to help you..of course including me... You can contact me if you need any sort of help once in Mumbai.. I'll PM you my contact number..

        Enjoy your time here..

          Hi guys,

          Thanks for your answers.
Unfortunately, we're only staying motorbiking in India for a month, that's why we were planning of renting (or buying with an option of selling back)....

          Julien.

If it's only for a month then the better option would be renting cause you will lose a lot of money in re-selling the bike. But getting a new bike will mean better peace of mind with a lesser chance of it breaking down.

Sure, we'll go for the renting option!

So apart from Premjis, somebody would have other shops to recommend? Or the name of a street/area where the motorbike shops are concentrated in Mumbai?

              Thanks,
              Julien.
