The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

Actually I had that in my mind ... but any ways bigger jets will do..

But still if I want to fit a bigger carb...will it be plug and play (fitting the carb...)

I understand that I need to tune it after...

it will be plug and play...
          what does a carb do
          1>it will suck more air
2>more fule flow to the engine
3>give more richer mixture to the engine.....
biggest carb available for you if you want to is new pulsar-220 carb even bigger then the RE....
it will provide you more torque at any speed you will feel superman.......only because of carb not because of K&N a/f....your mileage will go down....

i was in the same situation ..

i have a HP airfilter but i adjusted the carb [my main intention was the sound]
according to me .. its not worth the whole effort ..

even if you upjet it .. you need hell alot of time and trial and error method ..
              waste of money and time

              hmmmm
              new carb huh ???

i really dont know .. but according to me and my physics and common sense
              it will work ..
check out RTR180s carb it will be a direct fit
both on your air box and other pipes or whatever ..
P220s will main bug you with fittings
