Check the T-Cone bearings! That's the common culprit for these kinda problems!

I have a similar problem with my Pulsar 150 dtsi. I never banged head-on but had falls couple of times.First showed it to a probiking mech whom i knew.He said it was a problem with the cone set.Got it changed but no use.The handle bar still wabbled when i left my hands at around 40kmph. Also like jayeesh mentioned whenever i applied front disk the front would skid sideways. Then showed it to a local mech after not getting results from the probiking guy.He said the problem could be with tyre wearout/t cone/alloy bend/shocks oil.The t cone was changed second time, the alloy was found to be with no problems.i changed the tyre to new one.the mech changed the shocks oil too.It all went well for a week but after that the problem surfaced again.went to the mech again wherein now he said to get the T checked.got the T checked from a guy whom the mech knew.he said the T was bent in some way which he rectified.he also alingned the shocks. No problem for a two weeks.again the same problem.now i took the bike to castrol bike zone hoping they might know better. The guy there said the rear alloys bearing has worn out(i could see it skightly out of sync) and the bushes of the swingarm too have gone bad.got them changed.finally felt that bike was handling good now.another two weeks and the problem was back!!!!.Only thing i dint change all this time was the rear tyre which has worn out a bit. also my handle bar was bent all along.which is not been rectified till date.As with jayeesh may be thats the problem.or is it with front alloys bearing?also i do notice that shock on right is slighly more towards the engine than the left one. The latest thing i was thinking of doing was repalcing the T and the shocks with the T and fatter Shocks on the new Pulsar 180.is this possible?Help!!!!

                  Guys,
I spoke to the service center guys about tyre alignment for my ZMA, but they told me that nothing of that sort is done to alloy wheels.

                  Is it true?

If not, then where in Mumbai is tyre alignment done for alloy wheels?

alloy wheels only break if subjected to serious pressure....bending is not common but all svc does wheel alignment checking....or try CBZ....

it is located where the swigarm meets the Body struct.
