Spark plug fouling or spark plug gone kaput or improper spark plug gap causes this cracker sound.

AFR yes but check for any blocking in the fuel pipe.

jeyessh : How to get best from svc centre ?
                    1. Remember to svc your bike on days except holidays / sundays / saturdays / mondays. On these days chances are mechanics work on many bikes at the same time, hence loose concentration. On other days chances are he would work on one or two bikes through out the day.
                    2. Issues to be complained directly to dealer not svc supervisor/mechanic.
                    3. If not done properly complain again to dealer.
                    4. If nothing works go to next level, call regional office and shoot an e-mail additionally call toll-free and register the complaint.

Things should work out I guess
PS: Don't try anything yourself w.r.t Air-fuel ratio etc etc...go to svc centre.

^^today went to svc and complained....mech said its not a problem...
BTW he even gave random throttle(approx not more than 3 rpm) to a splendor, the sound came and got switched off like mine...
does the problem really exists in my bike?
i dont get the sound while riding....

                        1. Since none of us can hear the noise and mech says no problem, the only way to confirm is to take opinion on 3 or 4 HH svc centres.
                        2. Why this point ? Random quick throttle(rise/fall) will switch off any bike.
                        3. & 4 : As I said in (2) w/o giving bike for repair, ask for opinion at 3 or 4 HH svc stations may be local mechanics too, but don't give for repair untill you analyse all 4 feedback, hope you got me.

Did you complain to dealer? did you escalate to regional office by email n phone?

This type of sound can also occur if you give too much of throttle when kick starting the bike.
